Lambeth Photos Terms of Service

These terms describe how a Lambeth Photos booking works. The specific figures for your event — deposit, balance, hours, and any add-ons — are set out in your written quote and booking agreement, which govern if anything here differs.

Booking & reservations

Your date is reserved once we confirm availability and receive the deposit described in your booking agreement. Until then, dates are held tentatively and offered on a first-come basis.

Payments

Package pricing is confirmed in your written quote. The remaining balance is due as set out in your booking agreement. Optional add-ons — extra hours, premium prints, or aerial coverage — are quoted separately.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Requests to reschedule or cancel are handled per the terms in your booking agreement. We will always try to accommodate a new date subject to availability.

Venue access, power & setup

The client ensures venue access, a level setup area, and a standard power outlet within reach of the booth. Outdoor setups require shelter from weather and a stable surface.

Conduct & equipment

A trained operator manages the booth throughout your event. The client is responsible for guest conduct around the booth and for damage to equipment caused by misuse.

Photos, galleries & privacy

Guests can share captures instantly at the event, and the host receives a digital gallery afterward. We may use select images in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to — see our Privacy Policy.

Aerial / drone coverage

Aerial coverage is provided through a licensed FAA Part 107 contractor and depends on the venue, outdoor setup, airspace, and weather. It is quoted and scheduled separately and may be adjusted for safety.

Liability & insurance

Lambeth Photos carries general liability insurance. Except where the law requires otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version referenced in your signed booking agreement governs your event.
